Product Description
This FstSort kumquat washing roller grading line comprises a water tank elevator, high pressure washer, air dryer, picking table, and roller grader. Kumquats are first soaked in the water tank elevator, then washed by the high pressure washer and dried by the air dryer. On the picking table, workers manually remove any rotten fruit, which can be dropped directly into side mounted discharge chutes. The grader is a roller bar type: parallel roller bars move forward while the gap between them gradually widens to the required sizes, allowing kumquats to fall through onto the fruit conveyor and complete size grading.
